great (guest) post. you're really encouraging to me and i don't even have diabetes!
ReplyDeletei also was impressed by nat (or was it kat?) on amazing race and how she dealt w/ her diabetes during the competition. she never whined, but just did what she needed to do and kept going. i was really rooting for them to win, too!
love you!

I agree, great guest post. Good article! I have been through diabetes burnout too and am just recently coming out of it and am now determined to eat healthier, exercise, and get more sleep.
